What should I do if I forget my primary password?
Go to the Register and log- in page of My email and webspace and click on Forgotten your password? You will be asked some security questions. If you answer them correctly, you can enter a new password and log in.
What should I do if I forget a secondary email account password?
Go to the Manage your email and webspace page and you will find a list of your secondary email accounts. Choose the email account whose password you have forgotten, click on Change password and choose a new password.
How do I change my primary account password?
Go to the Manage your email and webspace page and click on Change your primary password. Remember that the name of your primary account cannot be changed.
How do I change my secondary email accounts passwords?
Go to the Manage your email and webspace page and you will find a list of your secondary email accounts. Choose the email account whose password you want to change and click on Change password.
How long/short should my password be?
Your password must have 6 characters or more. For increased security we recommend a mixture of upper and lower case letters and some numbers.
