Where can I find my online phone bill?
Just go to www.homechoice.co.uk/myphonecalls and login
Where can I find my Account Number to login?
Your Account Number can be found at the top left hand side of your Tiscali bill.
Where can I find my password to login?
Your password will be on the welcome letter sent to you after you first subscribed to Tiscali. There is a link on the login page if you have forgotten or cannot locate your password. It's not to be confused with the PIN you use on your Tiscali service.
Are all calls included in my online phone bill?
Yes, apart from free phone calls (which start 0800, 0808 and 0500), which aren't shown because they're free.
Does my online phone bill include calls I've made since my last bill?
No, these will be included on your next billing period. You can call our Customer Care team if you want to know what your current balance is.
What calls are included under the 'Calls to local & national numbers' heading?
Any UK number starting 01 and 02 (e.g. 01273, 020). All other calls to UK landlines (e.g. 0845, 118 118, 0906) will appear under the 'Calls to other UK numbers' heading.
How can I upgrade to the Tiscali Anytime Calls plan?
Simply call our Customer Care team on 0845 678 3333 to change your talk plan. They're open between 8am-8pm, Monday to Saturday.
