What is My email and webspace?
My email and webspace is a section of the website where you can create up to 12 email accounts and activate your own personal webspace.
How do I register for My email and webspace?
The first time you go to my email and webspace, you will be asked to enter the account number and password that you were given on your welcome letter. You will then be taken through the registration process.
How do I log in to My email and webspace?
If you have already registered for My email and webspace, you will have created your User name, primary email address and password. When you first registered, you will have used your account number to log in. Now, please remember to use your User name and password to log in.
What is my User name?
When you create your primary email account, you will be asked to enter a name or phrase as part of your email address, i.e.
'yourname' @Homechoice.co.uk
The name you enter (ie. johnsmith) is your User name. You can use this from now on to log on to your account. If you want to use a different email address later, remember that you still have 11 other addresses to choose from, for which you can choose any name you like (you will only need to use your original User name to access your account).
I've forgotten my secret question and answer - what should I do?
Go to Manage your email and webspace and click on Change secret question.
How can I find out the status of my email and webspace accounts?
Go to the Manage your email and webspace page for all the information you need about your email and webspace account.
