What happens next?
Welcome Pack
In the next few days we will send you a Welcome Pack with a customer agreement contract. You need to check, sign and return it to us (along with your Direct Debit mandate if you did not fill in the online version).
Within the Pack there will be a welcome letter that will let you know -
- When your installation will take place.
- Your Web Password, which will allow you to setup your Tiscali TV email address.
- Your Account Password, which acts as a reference number if you need to contact our Customer Care team.
- Your PIN, which enables you to control the TV viewing in your home, as well as rent on-demand movies.
Installation
Once we have received your signed contract a Customer Care advisor will ring you to confirm when the engineer will visit your home to install the service.
Our engineer will also ring you himself the evening before he comes to install the service. Click here if you have any questions about installation.
