Household settings is an area where you can hide Adult channels from your Electronic Programme Guide and change whether you need a PIN to purchase pay per view programmes like films. You have be over 18 to access this area

Go to "My TV" either by pressing the short cut button on the remote control or from the TV guide. Then select "household settings" from the menu

• Select "purchase PIN checking" from the menu in household settings, press ok
• You will be asked to enter your PIN
• Press the right arrow on the remote control until the word "ON" is displayed on screen
• Press ok to confirm

• Select "purchase PIN checking" from the menu in household settings, press ok
• You will be asked to enter your PIN
• Press the right arrow on the remote control until the word "OFF" is displayed on screen
• Press ok to confirm.

Please note you will still asked for you PIN when viewing age-restricted content outside of watershed hours and always for Adult content

• Press ok to confirm
