Follow these instructions to manually create your Tiscali TV email account in Outlook Express:

1. Open Outlook Express.

2. Click on "Tools" then select "Accounts" from the list.

3. Click on "Add" and then select "Mail" from the list.

4. This will start the "internet Connection Wizard" and ask you to enter a "Display Name". Type in the name you would like other people to see when you email them and then click "Next".

5. In the following screen enter your full Tiscali TV email address and then click "Next".

6. In the following screen enter the Tiscali TV incoming and outgoing mail server addresses as shown below and then click "Next".

7. In the following screen enter your Tiscali TV email username and password and click "Next".

8. The last screen confirms that you have successfully completed the set-up process in Outlook Express and that it should now be ready for use. Click "Finish" to save the settings.

9. This will take you back to the accounts page where a new mail account should show under the "Mail" tab as shown below.

10.Click "Close" to return to Outlook Express.
