Already got a broadband provider?
It's easy to switch!
All you need to do is contact your existing provider's customer care team and get a Migration Authorisation Code (known as a MAC code).
When you have it, you will be prompted to enter it when you are ordering online, or if you want to order on the phone, call our Sales Centre on 0800 072 4484 with the information. Don't cancel your current subscription however as we will do that for you.
It's a good idea to check your contract with your current provider as some do charge customers for changing providers before a specified date.
Once we have your migration reference number and your completed order we can start moving you over to Tiscali TV. The entire process will take around two weeks. During the changeover you will briefly lose your broadband connection, but we will ensure that it is disconnected for as short a time as possible.
After our engineer has carried out the quick and easy installation procedure, you will be ready to receive Tiscali TV.
