Customer service

Looking after our customers is what we're about. That is why we are dedicated to providing the best possible customer care.

The Homechoice Customer Care Team is on hand to answer your queries and give advice from 8am-8pm, Monday to Saturday. We aim to answer the phone within 15 seconds or reply to your emails within 72 hours.

Our first class customer service also extends to installing the service. Approximately 14 days after you've placed your order one of our trained engineers will visit to carry out the installation at a pre-arranged convenient time. Your set top box will be connected to your TV, computer and phone line so that Homechoice is ready to use.

Once we've ensured that Homechoice is up and running, ourexpert Technical Team are on standby to assist you through any procedures you could use a little advice with.
