1. Copyright

No material on this website may be copied or reproduced in any form whatsoever, whether physical, electronic or otherwise, without Homechoice's express prior written consent.
2. Trade marks
The trade marks, brand names, product names and/or service names used on this website are trade marks, brand names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. Any use of such trade mark, brand name, product name and/or service name without the express prior written consent of the relevant rights holder may constitute an infringement of that rights holder's rights and Homechoice gives no permission for the use of any such item in any way whatsoever.
The following registered and unregistered trade marks are owned by Homechoice (the "Trade Marks") and you may not use them without the express prior written consent of Homechoice. In particular, you may not: (1) use any of the Trade Marks as or as part of your own trade mark or brand name; (2) use any trade mark or brand name that is confusingly similar to the Trade Marks in relation to similar goods and/or services; or (3) use the Trade Marks, whether in word only or logo/device form, to imply any endorsement or other connection with your own goods and/or services.

Homechoice set-top box: Registered Number 176136-0001 ("Recording, communication or information retrieval equipment");
The Double diamond, Film1st, Scamp, V:MX, Movies Now Unlimited, Movies Now Express, Screenies Movies Now, and "r" logos and the Homechoice set-top box and remote control image: Registered Number 235049 ("Graphic symbols"); and
The Minimote remote control: Application Number 376439, filed 19/07/2005 ("Remote Control").
