Will my number remain withheld if I take one of the talk plans?
Yes. Your calls will route through Tiscali and as long as you keep the "Number Withheld" option with BT, or request this option from them, we will ensure that your number is withheld when you make your calls with us.
If you are moving your line rental to Tiscali then you can also request to have your number permanently withheld free of charge. It's not enabled by default, so please ask Customer Care on 0845 678 3333 if you require this service.
Regardless of who bills you for line rental, you can also hide your phone number on a per-call basis by adding the digits '141' before your destination number (e.g. 14108456783333).
