I have a broadband service with another provider

In order to organise the transfer of your current service to Tiscali you just need to obtain a migration authorisation code - known as a MAC number - from your current broadband provider. The migration reference number is a unique reference number that identifies your broadband service. When you have it, just call our Sales Centre on 0800 072 4484 with the information.

DO NOT cancel your subscription - we will do that for you. Once we have your migration authorisation code and your completed order we can start moving you over to Tiscali. The entire process will take around two weeks. During the changeover we will ensure that you lose your broadband internet service for as short a time as possible.

Once our engineer calls to install your set top box you will lose your internet connection briefly during the rewiring process. You will also lose your telephone connection for around 20 minutes while BT completes the rewiring. After our engineer has carried out the quick and easy installation procedure, you will be ready to receive Tiscali services. It's also a good idea to check your contract with your current provider as some charge their customers for changing providers within a specified period of time.
