How come I can keep my BT line and existing set-up, yet you'll handle my calls?
BT is required by the industry watchdog Ofcom to give competitors access to their network. We ask BT to automatically route your calls over our network, not theirs.
You will still pay line rental to BT and have access to their calling features unless you decide to move to a Tiscali Line. This is an alternative option we offer which means that instead of paying line rental to BT, you will pay your line rental to Tiscali instead.
We will handle all of your calls and you'll only receive one bill, which includes your TV, broadband and call charges (if any).
