How are the call charges on my bill calculated?
We measure your calls by the second, so you only pay for the exact time you spend on the phone. Some call providers round up to the next minute, which isn't as fair.
We then multiply the call time by the price rate for your destination at the time of day you made the call.
This calculation is rounded up or down to the nearest 100th of a penny. Calls that aren't free have a minimum call charge of 5p.
The overall monthly call bill is then rounded up or down to the nearest penny. All our prices include VAT.
