How and when will I benefit from my free/discounted calls?

Usually two weeks after our engineers install your Tiscali TV and broadband service. When they're up and running we'll write to you with the exact go live date for the phone service.

You won't need a second engineer visit for the calls to be activated as we do it remotely.
