Does an engineer need to visit my home?
Yes, a Tiscali engineer will need to visit your home to install our set top box. You will be able to choose a convenient time and date that the engineer visits.
Once the engineer has installed the Tiscali set-top box, you will be able to enjoy Tiscali TV. Our phone service takes a few days longer as we need to co-ordinate a switchover with your current phone provider, however you will receive a letter you know what date the switch over will take place.
