Do you place a call spend limit on the account?

Yes - like many phone companies Tiscali will allocate a call spend limit on your account to protect you against possible fraudulent use of your line. If you reach the limit we'll contact you to check that you are aware of the high level of call charges and discuss payment options. Please note that if you exceed the limit you are still liable for all charges.
