Do I have to contact BT to move my calls to Tiscali?
No - we do it for you. We will write to you to confirm the date from which we will be providing your phone service. You will also receive a letter from BT (or your current phone company) confirming that you will no longer be using their service. You do not need to respond to this letter - it's just confirming your decision to move your phone service to us.
