Can I still use BT call features such as 1471, 1571 and dial services like Directory Enquiries and 999?
Yes - regardless of whether BT or Tiscali charge you for line rental. If you remain with BT for line rental, then they will be legally responsible for maintaining your line and investigating and fixing faults.
Charges for BT calling features such as 1471, 1571 and other direct services would still appear on your BT bill.
If you move your line to Tiscali, then we would be responsible for billing for all services and would handle all customer care and technical support queries in place of BT.
