Can I remain ex-directory, or become ex-directory?
If you are remaining with BT for line rental and are already ex-directory then nothing will change. If you would like to become ex-directory with BT, you can request this free by calling them on 0800 800 150.
If you are moving your line rental to Tiscali, then by default we will not enter your details into phone book or directory enquiries databases, unless you tell us otherwise.
