Are there any limits to my use of the service?
In order to maintain the Tiscali TV network so that we can consistently supply you with a great internet connection, there are some usage limits in place. These are as follows:
- Up to 2Mb service 45GB per calendar month
- Up to 4Mb service 60GB per calendar month
- Max Speed has unlimited downloads
These limits are detailed in the Tiscali Acceptable Use Policy, and are in place to ensure that a minority of heavy users do not disrupt service to other customers. The vast majority of Tiscali TV customers will not be affected by these bandwidth limits, as their use will not be anywhere near these limits. The table below shows typical size files for popular services, and the equivalent number of those files that could be downloaded in a single day.
