Are there any incompatible services that I need to remove to get Tiscali TV?
To get Tiscali TV you need to have a BT phone line. Tiscali TV access is also subject to local availability and the quality of your phone line.
We are unable to deliver Tiscali TV access on a phone line that has any of the following (typically business-related) services: ISDN, Home Highway, Business Highway, 30k loop, private circuits, Red ABC, RedCare (BT burglar alarm system), Featurenet5000, other broadband services on a BT line (although we can migrate you if you obtain a 'MAC' code from your current provider) or a meterpulse payphone facility."
