Billing
Your first bill
You receive your first bill within 3 days of the service being installed. This is because Tiscali TV works on a system where we bill one month in advance.
Billing date
Your 'billing date' is the day of the month that Tiscali TV was installed. So, if you were installed with Tiscali TV on the 5th July, your 'billing date' will be on the 5th of every month.
Each month, on your billing date, Tiscali TV will generate your bill and send it to you so that you receive it within 3 days. Your payment is then taken 14 days later.
Viewing bills online
If you take a telephony product with us, you can view your call charges online. We are also working on the development of a system that will allow you to view your entire bill online. To login into your account click here.
Part-billing
If you add a service or remove a service part way during your billing month, you will see charge or credit for that service on your monthly bill.
This amount is a proportional amount, and will be worked out according to the number of days that you took the service for.
Itemised charges
Although we invoice you one month in advance, your bill will also show charges for additional items that you purchased during the previous month, such as movies.
